Fundraising Tips for Auckland Schools
Time It Right
Term 2 and Term 3 fundraisers work well as families settle into the school year. Consider running separate campaigns across different school communities. Avoid clashing with other schools' fundraisers in your area by checking community noticeboards.
Use Your School Network
Share through your school newsletter, class WhatsApp groups, and social media pages. Personal recommendations drive the most sales.
Set a Clear Goal
Let your community know exactly what you're raising money for. Whether it's new sports equipment or a school camp, a specific goal motivates supporters.
Make Ordering Easy
Use online order forms to simplify the process. Many of our fundraising partners offer digital ordering systems for easy management.
Thank Your Supporters
A simple thank-you message in the school newsletter goes a long way. Share results so everyone can see the impact of their support.
Plan for Delivery Day
Organise parent helpers for sorting and distributing orders. A well-run delivery day keeps everyone happy and encourages repeat participation.
