Barker's of Geraldine

Barker's has been making sauces, relishes and preserves in Geraldine since 1969. Most Kiwi pantries have had a bottle of it at some point, which makes this an easy product to put in front of supporters.

The fundraiser runs on four gift packs, each in a cardboard carry box with a handle. They look good enough to give away, and plenty of supporters will buy them for exactly that.

What You Are Selling

• BBQ Buddies ($25). Tomato & Capsicum Sauce, Creamy Chipotle Sauce and Central Otago Plum Sauce.
• Easy Entertaining ($25). Sweet Chilli Sauce, Herb & Caper Vinaigrette and Lemon Passionfruit Dessert Sauce.
• Relish the Moment ($20). Caramelised Onion Relish and Dill & Pickle Burger Relish.
• Spread the Goodness ($20). Boysenberry Curd and NZ Apricot Fruit Preserve.

Your group keeps $5 from every pack, whichever one the supporter picks. Sell 150 packs and that is $750 for your cause.

Set your campaign up on Raised and share the link with your school community. Supporters order and pay online, so there are no paper forms and no cash to count. When the campaign closes, Barker's delivers the bulk order to you anywhere in New Zealand.

Orders over $900 ship free. Under that, there is a $100 freight charge, so it is worth setting a target of at least 40 packs before you launch.
